Women's Circle

Qoya Inspired Movement with Deborah

2nd Tuesday of the month, 7pm -9pm – £15 per woman.

This practice blends movement, mindfulness, and music to create space for self-discovery and empowerment. Rooted in the belief that through movement, we remember our essence as wise, wild, and free, Qoya invites you to meet yourself through movement.

Each session is a unique journey, woven from various elements like yoga, dance, and somatic movements, facilitating a deeper connection with your body and spirit (in whatever way you connect to the animating energy of you). By listening to the rhythms of your heart, you are guided to express yourself without judgment, allowing emotions to flow and insights to surface naturally.

In this nurturing environment, there is no need for perfection. The focus is on feeling rather than form, offering an experience that honours where you are in the moment. As you sway, stretch, and sway again, you tap into the profound wisdom that your body holds, fostering a sense of trust and freedom.

Qoya Inspired Movement is not just a physical practice; it is a celebration of life and a powerful tool for personal growth and transformation. It invites you to explore the depths of your being and embrace the sensations of simply being. This practice is accessible and adaptable to different mobility needs and open to all women and girls over the age of 14 (must come with an accompanying woman

Wisdom of Women Sisterhood Circle

4th Tuesday of the month, 7pm -9pm – £15 per woman.

Wisdom of Women (WOW) Community Circles offer a supportive space for women to come as they are and leave a little more of who they are. When we gather to share our stories, we weave together our lives, finding peace in our similarities and wisdom in our differences.

We find solidarity in knowing we are not alone and form bonds with each other through our shared human experiences. Circles are a space for us to connect to ourselves, each other and the world around us, instilling a heart-felt sense of belonging and community.

Each circle will follow a familiar arch of a welcome ritual, check in, oracle/ affirmation card pull, sharing rounds and a final check. We may also weave in some creative activities, journaling, meditation, mindful exercises and gentle movement as well as exploring themes such as Intuition, Gratitude, Empowerment and Sisterhood. The essence of each circle will be unique, ebbing and flowing with the energy of those who attend and as a facilitator I always endeavour to be responsive to the needs of the circle. These circles are open to all women over the age of 18years.
